For Authors
Interested in submitting to this journal? Before submitting a manuscript, we encourage authors to review the 'About the Journal' page for detailed section policies. Please ensure that your manuscript is thoroughly proofread for grammatical accuracy and clarity. Furthermore, all submissions must adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, and any potential conflicts of interest must be explicitly declared. First-time authors must register an account, while returning authors can simply log in to begin the five-step submission process.
Similarity, Plagiarism and AI-Generated Content Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened for originality using DrillBit or Turnitin. The overall similarity index should not exceed 10%, excluding references, bibliography and properly cited quotations.
The use of AI-generated content should not exceed 10% of the manuscript. Authors are required to disclose the use of generative AI tools, where applicable, and remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity and scholarly validity of the submitted content.
Manuscripts exceeding the prescribed similarity or AI-content limits may be returned to the authors for revision or may be rejected, depending on the nature and extent of the detected content.
No Article Publishing Charges (APC)
While publishing academic papers often incurs significant costs, this journal is governed by the KARAM Society under a strict non-profit mandate, ensuring there are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for authors. We believe this fee-free initiative will lift financial barriers, boosting author morale and encouraging scholars to confidently publish their research.
