Peer Review Process
Double-Blind Peer Review Process
The Global Journal of Enterprise Information System (GJEIS) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and rigor. To ensure the quality, originality, and theoretical contribution of the published research, we follow a strict Double-Blind Peer Review system.
Our structured evaluation workflow ensures that both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process:
-
Step 1: Initial Screening (Desk Review) Upon submission, the Editorial Desk conducts a preliminary check to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal's scope, meets formatting guidelines, and clears the initial similarity/plagiarism check.
-
Step 2: Reviewer Assignment Manuscripts that pass the desk review are assigned to a minimum of two independent, external subject-matter experts based on their domain knowledge and research methodology expertise.
-
Step 3: Double-Blind Evaluation The reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, theoretical framework, methodological soundness, data analysis, and relevance to contemporary business/technology literature.
-
Step 4: Editorial Decision Based on the comprehensive feedback and recommendations provided by the reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions:
-
Accept without modifications
-
Accept with Minor Revisions
-
Revise and Resubmit (Major Revisions)
-
Reject
-
-
Step 5: Final Notification & Publication The corresponding author is notified of the final decision along with constructive feedback from the reviewers to help improve the manuscript. Accepted papers then proceed to the copyediting and final publication stage.
